Re.: Evolution - Thanks for the link, interesting reading indeed. Let me (without starting a full discussion) point out two statements in the answers I find interesting :
"... amino acids, and other building blocks of life COULD have formed and organized themselves into self-replicating, self-sustaing units ...". And yet, they also coud NOT have done so.
" But even if life on earth turned out to have a nonevolutionary origin (for instance, if aliens introduced the first cells billions of years ago) ...". Aliens, or maybe a God ?
I still think the answers are to be found in co-existence between science and religion as opposed to confrontation. There exists a very interesting book in this field called "Challenge" that discusses this matter and how the two can be reconciled. I am at work and will give details next time.

Itamar, this has always been my opinion about the cameras. Before I retired, I was past my 'best before date' within IT, so I got a job for a couple of years driving for the RAF, so had to keep to the speed limits. Much of the time I needed to drive as fast as possible, but staying within the limit.
I was frequently overtaken, only to have those cars brake heavily just before the camera, causing me to also brake heavily, although I was travelling within the speed limit.
Full marks for the West Midlands Police.

Subject: Diamond Mako (Psion Revo)
Hi,
I have a 5 yr old Psion Revo with me. One week back, it stopped working, as if the battery needed charging. While on charger, I tried to switch it on, got only blank screen. No change even after charging overnight.
I can change the contrast of the screen by keys. While switched on, I can hear the "tick" while pressing any key. Nothing else, only blank screen...
Any thoughts? What should I do?
Thanking you in advance,
Rgds,

Could someone kindly advise me where I can buy Route Planner. I understand that it is no longer supported but I have searched the obvious web sites and find that the links lead to a dead end. I'm hopeful that I can download it from the www and then install it on to my netBook. Any ideas please? David
