Subject: 9300/9500 query
At the risk of appearing seriously dumb, can I ask the list the
meaning of an icon that appears on the 9300/9500 screen ?
I have looked through the manual but I can find no reference to the @
icon that appears on my telephone screen. I imagine it has something
to do with emailing - but I have no idea what. I also believe that
it hinders dialling from the keyboard.
A restart removed it.
While on the subject, can anybody tell me how to clean up the
Contacts file ? I have several duplicated entries and they can't be
removed.
TIA
T

Subject: Compuserve Classic Login
This one worked for me. This should be inserted Control Panel/Internet/edit Current Internet Service/login. Drop it VERBATIM into slot for login script. ID number and password should go into Control Panel/Internet/edit Current Internet Service/Account.

Re.: Adam's Hitchiker's Guide - You wrote to Vlad "Please see my email directly to you". The whole idea of the digest is that others can have the same problem and if you answer in the digest, possibly with a copy to the person, everyone can see your reply and learn from it. Thank you.
