Subject: E90
Oh, and I forgot: I have not found any way to open multiple files (as it was on psion 5) with the quickoffice. You can manage to open two if you open one via quickoffice and then you go trough office-file manager and you click on a second file.
When I spock about agenda, I just wanted to say that if you separe the years, it is much more easy (and sure) to handle your old agendas (for instance with my psion I have saved 10 years, each one with a different filename). I can not see any mean to do it with E90 (I dont even know where the file is)
And I DO have an E90, that is may be very unlucky but has marks due to keys on the internal screen (that, besides that, is very clean...), and has another small problem: a loud hiss at the beginning of every phone call or video or audio record. It seems that the automatic volume control is very slow to follow the input. Last two problems are apparently common to E90 (at least the ones build till now), as you can see on various internet news.

Is it possible to get the Infra red link between these two devices to work? My old 6310i works very well but I have been "upgraded".
Thanks

Subject: The last computer
For the last eighteen months, I have been using a Nokia 9300 and my
Psion 5mx was, on its return from the nice people at Flexicable,
relegated to the back of the cupboard. But the other day I pulled it
out and reinstalled my favourite software. And it was like falling in
love all over again, even at my age.
What a marvelous computer ! Reading the theregister article (ten
pages in all) you want to pull out your hair.

Why did the Psion computer go south when Psion got so much right -
and was so much better so obviously in so many ways than the
subsequent Epoc machines from Nokia ?
Can you imagine for a moment a Psion version of the Nokia E90 without
a decent word processor in the ram ?
But to get back to falling in love again. With a big screen and a big
keyboard, the Psion 5mx is an ideal machine for writing on when you
don't have access to a full size computer at hand.
What the Psion 5 doesn't have, though, is wifi, usb or bluetooth.
In the opinion of the listers, what is the best way of wirelessly
linking the 5mx to a Mac and to the internet ?
Best
