Itamar, et al

My point is SE have evolved UIQ (and own it).  Symbian software is (IMHO) a better quality product than windows mobile: more stable and more efficient.  SE have produced many mobiles using Symbian and few (if any) using WM, yet at the point that they bring out what could well be one of the best smart mobiles ever (Xperian X1), they decide to use WM and not Symbian.  This is the bit that annoys me, especially as I have been waiting for the best part of 4 years for an improvement over my P910 (good large touch screen device, with all the more recent technologies not around for the P910).

I have had 3 WM devices over the last 5 years and although I enjoyed the hardware, I hated the software and got rid of them quite soon thereafter, keeping my EPOC devices alongside a Symbian phone for everyday portability (P900, P910).

Cheers

Lewis H

After having some trouble getting PSIWIN 2.2 to work on a PC with no rs232 port I have had out of the box success with a KEYSPAN USA 19-HS plug in module  USB -RS232 converter.
I can recommend this one.

Regards

John
