Is there a "Browse for other folders" option under the lower box?

Why do you need to create a file in the File Manager first? Can't you just do File->New in Writer?

Note: the "arrow" only points downwards if you've clicked on it to "open" it - normally it points to the right. It behaves similar to the
"disclosure triangle" in Finder on Mac OS.

* Any ideas?
Try to run Street 99 with the CF-card from the other Psions
When it runs OK try for the 'new' 5MX an other
CF-card.
Successss.

Hi John,
I am not sure but you can try and delete the .INI file which might help.
It will be created automatically again when starting the program again.

Subject: Psion-to-Nokia 9300 comparable software
Hi Chris,
I have found the Passwords module in freeware iDesk to be an excellent replacement for SafePlace. There are also a number of commercial apps such as HandySafe available.
A basic converter is included in the CD along with the 9300 (or can be downloaded from the Nokia website.) However, for currency conversions, I have found the excellent Finanz by Kylom Software great as you can update the currencies via the internet connection.
I would also recommend installing FileNote ( from
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/FileNote/)as a replacement file manager. It so much faster and more comprehensive than the built in file manager and has a variety of macros available also.

Hi all; I am going to put my Revo/5MX into mothballs shortly with the
recent purchase of a 9300. Can anyone give me some suitable software equivalents for:
SafePlace
Yacht
Mille Bornes
Converter
Cascade/SameGame
Frotz (does the 9200 version work on a 9300?)
I'm aware that some of these may be unfeasible due to not having a touchscreen but someone may be able to point in the direction of
software that does a similar job.
Regards
Chris

Subject: Street Planner errors
I have sysematically checked everything on the "new" Psion including copying the software to a new Compact Flash card (Verbatim instead of SanDisk ) . The new card solved the problem . The old card has been relegated to "other duties".
The error that Keith mentioned may be covered by something on Ericlindsay.com/epoc. This descibes the Error no21 and suggests that the Route file in the default document directory is erased so that it is recreated when you restart Planner.
Also my version of Route Planner states that you should create a folder system\Apps\enroute\Map on the disc where Route Planner is NOT installed.
Hope this helps.
John.
