Yes, I have StyleTap installed on a WM 2003SE machine. It works very well. 
A few of my Palm apps don't work
properly under the emulator, but the vast majority of them do. For 
licensing reasons the Palm address book, Memos and perhaps the datebook 
don't work, but in general I've been very pleased with StyleTap. Internet 
apps in particular (Xiino, SnapperMail, QuickNews e.g.), work quite well.
