John,

try reinstalling the application and updates so that they reside on the Psion, not the Flash card? No need to uninstall anything beforehand. Backup before trying, though.

Not sure this helps...

best,

Is is just my e-mail client (TheBat!) or is there something going on with the Digest? Quite often now, I get about half of the Digest in Italic and *extremely* light print. I can hardly read it.

Hi Keith,
you are right. Thunderbird makes the same.
In some emails exists the separator "-- " before the signature. After it, some email progs show the next text in light print and Italic.
I will change our digest composing program, to exclude the separators.

Aj,

It's a matter of habit.  Many years of working in Windows explorer
creating the file in the folder it is to end up in (the same as on my
Psions).  I work on many small files and it seems the most convenient.
But after a few days of creating files in Writer and then save them
into the proper folder, "it ain't no big deal" anymore.  A matter of
changing habits.

Dear all,

Would anyone have a spare 5mx that they would be willing to part with? I am coming to London early July so could arrange payment and delivery at that time, if someone would be kind enough to sell me one. Many thanks.

Best wishes,
Dick

Issue 6 of EPOC Entertainer, the May issue, is now available.  EPOC Entertainer is a magazine leaflet all about games on the EPOC32 platform.  Covering the Psion Series 5, Series 7, Revo, Osaris, Geofox and compatibles, it contains reviews, tutorials and other informative articles.  In this issue you can read the following:

A description of the Psion Games Database.
A review of Great Ape's No Mans Land.
A review of Gouillaume Louel's Power4.
The final part of the graphics programming tutorial.

EPOC Entertainer is supplied as a simple A5 PDF leaflet, which you can print on both sides of an A4 page and fold.  You can get it, and recent back issues, at this address:

Subject: Text Message Transfer to Computer

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone worked out a way of transfering text messages from a Nokia N70 to
a Mac? Iıve trawled the web but to no avail. Maybe itıs possible to do it
via a PC using the Nokia Suite then save the files as text files? I usually
synchronise diaries/agendas most days and am able to transfer files via
bluetooth so perhaps a better option is to save texts in a format which can
be read by the Mac. Mind you, I want to transfer over five hundred text
messages and donıt really want to do it manually.

Any help or tips appreciated.

Cheers
