Here more details - lawyers' response and comments. And a short reply from Pulster - see way down in the list - with which/whom I must say I disagree.

And if this is a sign the're tying to reenter the market, well... :-)

I would like to see some of these ER5 macros for possible conversion to ER6 for use with FileNote on the Nokia 9300/9500 devices.  There is quite a large collection of FileNote macros at
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/FileNote/already and most of the ER5 macro functions at http://www.pscience5.net/macrolist.htmhave been covered in FileNote macros or are not relevant to the ER6 system.

So, if Jean or others have any unique macros available (with source) I would like to see if it is possible to convert them to ER6.

Best wishes,
Martin O'Neill

I fully agree with Itamar about ABP5 - the best banking program on any machine, and on Convert Pro, which I love because you can add conversions and customise it to your hearts content.

As a speed launcher I'm a great fan of Extrabars - partly because you set it a hotkey and it then works just like the extras bar itself, but at the
bottom of the screen. You can use it to launch documents, run macros etc etc.

On the 5mx I also used Backlite+, just for the ability to have a screen of sticky notes come up every time I opened the machine. Unfortunately it doesn't work properly on my NetBook so I'm using Postit instead which is nearly as good.

RMRZip is a must for installing programs, unzip and install on your Psion itself rather than messing around with PsiWin.

I play card solitaire a lot and the three RMR programs, Solitaire, Montana and Golf are the best.

And as a musician Steve Lichfield's Piano is fab as it's a metronome.

I could go on forever here, get yourself a nice big CF card and then install everything you can find!

Good luck

AJ

I like the suggestion from Itamar

But you can also use

nConvert  - The you can read .doc .RTF .xls and so on, but you can also convert from Psion format to Windows format.

You can use Sysback but I think its better to use AlarmPlus

For a backup use FastBackUp (Freepoc) or BackUp (Ralph Sprenger)

A very good filemanager program is ViewPlus by Edo.

If you like the stars try then Solun (Freepoc)
