I want to thank Trygve, John Spillett, and Keith for replying to my USB cable dilemma. The Keyspan cable worked for me, although it was tricky setting up gotta make sure COM ports are set right. After I got connected, I noticed on the new 2.3.3 software, the ability to convert EPOC type stuff to Windows-compatible type files. Yahoo!
BUT, I couldn't get it to convert my Psion AGENDA to any calendar/appt book type application that is recognized by Windows. I suppose you guys have already figured this out. THANKS in advance for your astute recommendations!

A late reply to Ashoni...
"Does anyone have a way to export individual entries to an archive the export function of the data program just exports the whole file rather than individual items"
If you select a subset of records using the "Find:" feature, then "Export as text file..." will only export those records that appear in the list.· To export one record, you need to search on something that's unique to that record.
In my case work file I give each record a unique ID as one of its fields.· When the case is dealt with, I simply copy the ID and paste it in the "Find:" box, "Export as text file..." and then Ctrl+D to delete the record.
I have a separate "Closed" data file I import closed case work into.· I don't think I could reimport a record if it contained carriage returns—so I make sure not to use them.

Has anybody had a chance to try PsiWin 2.3 with Windows 7 beta yet?
Secondly did anyone ever get the 2Connectyou software from 2K systems (2001 ) to work? My problem is getting my pc set up to accept a connection through the rs232 port as a result of whoever set it up being over cautious about external connections.
Regards
John
