Ajai, I wasn't suggesting you suggested the P series would fit in a pocket I was stating what I read on Sony's web site.
I checked out your link to the UMID mbook. It doesn't give dimensions. I did a search and found them 158.0 x 94.1 x 18.6 mm (6.22 x 3.70 x 0.73 in). I dug out my 5mx user guide book and found that the 5mx size is 172 x 89 x 24 mm (6.77 x 3.50 x 0.95 in). Now *that* has me excited. It could be an eventual replacement for my 5mx.
Lord knows when, if ever, we see it in the US.
Molto grazie for the link.

Thought For The Day: August is that time of year when you go to turn on the air conditioner and it already is.

ARM, touchscreen, Apple: everybody calls them "netbooks" now, and Psion is next to Apple in, well, elegance and functionality... Looking forward...

Re.: JB5StopGo I notice you live around London as well. Why don't you contact John Boyce directly ? He might well answer your question(s).

Re.: replace my Nokia 9500 It depends so much on what you want to do with your replacement. If you want to do similar things to the 9500 than an iPhone is worthless. It is amazing how all we ex-5MX users are still struggling to find replacements for this little machine. My netBook has got the same functionality but for the size and I don't take it with me anymore, it sits on my desk at home (typing on it now). Well, here ends my "advice" and success with your choice.
Best regards,
