I noted today that Yahoo Geocities is being closed pdq by Yahoo. This will mean the loss of some old Psion software sites regretably. Hopefully the programs are on other archives.
I have managed to contact the author of Client-L  ( was Ward5) which is a useful database program for managing patients / staff / clients / products etc. If you need to register the program I can let you have his current email address.
Regards
John

Generally, a file is in use if it is already open (either an open
application or an open file or a component of the application is being
used). So, if you close all programs during an installation process, that
might help.

Hello Chris,

Can you tell us which software we talking about?
So I can test on my own 5MX

Did you try a soft-reset?

Regards,

Kees.
